When Data Refinery Ltd receives a job application or a networking request, the applicant gives Data Refinery Ltd permission to store the applicant’s personal data in an online recruiting system. The applicant can apply for a specific vacancy, leave an open application or leave their information in the recruiting system. The applicant’s personal data is stored in a database. Data Refinery Ltd is responsible for making sure that the recruiter in question receives the data in order to evaluate the applicant’s suitability for any open vacancies.
We need your approval so we can manage your application or networking request. With this approval, Data Refinery Ltd receives permission to collect, process and disclose your information to the persons who process applications and networking requests. This means that some of your data will be stored. We now ask you to carefully read this text and the more detailed privacy statement.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose other than recruitment. You do, however, accept that Data Refinery Ltd may transfer your data internally or disclose it to a third party that collaborates with Aller Media on recruitment related matters. This might mean servers and databases somewhere other than where you are sending the application from. This might include data transfer outside the areas of the EU/EEA or the United States.
Data Refinery Ltd is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to receive a summary of your data that we have stored. We process data requests within a month of sending them. You can ask for erasure of your data from this address. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also read our parent company Aller Media Oy’s privacy statement for applicants. We also comply with this privacy statement: https://www.aller.fi/tyonhakij...
